Buachaille Etive Mor

Buachaille Etive Mor - The Classic View
I took a walk up the River Coupall and away from the more 'popular' viewpoint. There are a number of little interesting falls along the river and also a few spots that offer great views looking south to Stob a' Ghlais Choire, a beautiful peak in its own right often overlooked by photographers due to the attraction to the Buachaille.

This one was taken before sunrise, there's a lot going on in this one - both in the sky and in the foreground, however the shape and tones of the mountain seem to balance the image in my eyes. I'm not sure if the presence of snow on the peak would have actually 'improved' this scene I have captured, as the mountain may have become lost due to the complex foreground and sky.
