Elgol at Dusk

The sunset at Elgol did not happen the way I had anticipated on this evening. However, having previously visited the location a number of times without being able to see the Cuillin Hills across Loch Scavaig, you must accept your fate and make the most of what is presented to you!
I set up the camera low to the ground and the tripod was in the water. I fired off a small number of frames hoping to catch some interesting shapes as the little waves receded.
I quite liked the line which formed in this one, leading the eye towards Sgurr nan Eag.
