Eilean Donan Castle
Eilean Donan Castle is a picturesque Scottish icon and very popular with tourists during the daytime.
This image was taken after sunset in late March. I used a slightly longer focal length to frame the castle and bridge, and was lucky to see relatively still waters and snow on the distant peaks.
A long exposure was inevitable at this time of the night. It was a tricky scene to expose effectively given the brightness of the floodlights illuminating the castle.
