Memories of Losgaintir

Taken on a beautiful May afternoon on Harris. The beaches at Luskentyre are among the most spectacular that I have seen.

We were returning to the car after a long walk and I spotted these quirky clouds forming over the distant hills. I wanted to keep the image as simple as possible but also wanted to convey the beautiful contrast in colours between the sand and water.
